Trainee Estate Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales team in achieving their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, both over the phone and in person
  • Chase leads and maintain contact with applicants and clients
  • Book and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales
  • Perform basic administrative tasks
  • Generate and book valuations
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Strong team player with a positive and organized attitude

We offer a competitive salary guarantee of up to £2000+ per month for the first 6 months, with the potential to earn up to £35,000+ in OTE. Our generous commission structure includes a basic salary of £14,000-£16,000. Enjoy a 5-day working week, Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week and no Sundays. Training is provided by industry experts to ensure your success in this role.
