Estate Agent Lister
* The £65,000 to £70,000 on target earnings are realistic and it can be demonstrated how you could achieve this.
* We have an exciting and refreshing position on offer where you will only need to be doing minimal office administration and there are two dedicated Sales Progressors so you can simply get on with the job of valuing and listing property for sale. You will also be required to also attend a small amount of viewings on a weekly basis but again this will be minimal.
* For the first 6 months you will be offered £150 per listing that is office generated and £250 per door knocked / recommendation listing and based on current figures you would be earning a minimum of £43,000.
* Favorable working hours of 8:30am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week in lieu (5 day working week)
* Average fees are currently £5,300?
* The personal commission structure is excellent with 7% on listings passed to you via their own marketing and 12% on all self-generated listings or door knocked listings with an additional 1% on listings where the fee is greater than 1.25%.
* A Sales Lister plays a crucial role in generating new property listings and ensuring that the portfolio is constantly updated with high-quality, market-ready properties.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for valuing properties, securing new listings, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients looking to sell their homes.
Estate Agent Lister
* Property Appraisals: Conduct accurate and professional property appraisals to provide clients with realistic and competitive market prices.
* Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including direct outreach, referrals, and marketing activities.
* Listing Management: Prepare and present property details for listings, ensuring that all information is accurate, comprehensive, and appealing to potential buyers.
* Market Analysis: Stay informed about local property market trends and developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights.
* Negotiation: Assist in negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
* Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies.
Estate Agent Lister
* Experience: Previous experience in Estate Agency listing and property sales is essential.
* Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to build rapport with clients quickly; excellent organisational skills; proficiency in using property management software and CRM systems.
* Knowledge: Good understanding of the local property market and relevant legislation.
