The Music Market is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant/Studio Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a creative visionary and become an integral part of their studio operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our studio. As the Executive Assistant/Studio Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating shoots, liaising with clients and collaborators, and ensuring the smooth operation of the studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the studio's schedule and coordinate shoots
  • Liaise with high-profile clients and collaborators
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the studio
  • Facilitate the client's creative projects
  • Manage production logistics and oversee organizational systems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have substantial previous experience working in an administrative/operational/support capacity for a senior figure or company, ideally from the entertainment/arts world. You must have proven experience running both a client's personal life and organizing every aspect of their business, ideally with some previous exposure to booking and running studios.
