Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is offering a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapy Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the community mental health service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services to patients and their families. With a strong focus on assessment, intervention, and evaluation, you will lead the occupational therapy contribution to care planning and evaluation.

The successful candidate will have extensive post-registration experience working with adults experiencing mental health-related difficulties. A proven track record in managing complex caseloads and providing clinical supervision to other team members is essential. In addition, you will be expected to contribute to the development of clinical pathways and provide consultation, support, and clinical supervision to other health professionals as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £51,800 per annum, depending on experience, plus a welcome bonus of 10% of the first-year salary. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including generous maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, options for flexible working, and up to 27 days of annual leave (increasing with service up to 33 days).
