Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group in the West Midlands.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a creative therapeutic approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

About the Role
  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to pupils with intellectual disability and/or autism, including those with additional needs such as complex trauma and mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized assessment and intervention plans, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation, providing expert advice on speech and language therapy best practices

Requirements:

  • Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Experience working with children, young people, and adults with intellectual disability and/or autism, including those with additional needs

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience
