**About the Role:**

GSL Education is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Design and Technology (DT) teacher to join our team in Braintree. As a DT Teacher/Instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the technical and creative development of our students.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and deliver dynamic and effective DT lessons.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Encourage and support students in developing their design and technical skills.
  • Utilise a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the DT curriculum and share best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree in Design and Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching DT at the secondary school level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong classroom management abilities.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
