Experienced Teaching Assistant

Job Summary:
Five Education is seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with a range of special educational needs, including learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), sensory, speech and language impairments, and behavioral difficulties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Adapt lesson activities to meet the individual needs of pupils
- Create and maintain a stimulating learning environment that promotes achievement and well-being
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
- Support students in developing social skills and self-regulation skills
- Assist teachers with classroom management
Requirements:
- Interest in supporting children and young people
- Right to work in the UK (valid visa)
- Relevant references and DBS/police checks (if necessary)
- Able to work 5 days a week (term time only), 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Pay and Vetting:
- Five Education operates a PAYE payroll, ensuring transparent payment with no hidden fees
