As a Workforce Transformation Director at Capgemini Invent, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation and new operating models. With a focus on the human side of business change, you will lead and deliver sustainable business outcomes through people-focused programs that drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of complex people advisory engagements, designing and creating innovative insights for clients.
- Develop and implement workforce transformation strategies, leveraging technology and generative AI to drive business outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership, acting as a client relationship owner and driving growth through new opportunities.
- Contribute to business development, leading pursuits and proposals to drive revenue growth.
- Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong track record in delivering technology-driven people transformation projects. You will have a deep understanding of leveraging technology and generative AI for key workforce interventions, including workforce and DEI strategies, learning, up/reskilling, culture interventions, hybrid working policies, and target operating models.
You will also have experience in one or more of the following key areas of expertise:
- Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics
- Talent, including flexible talent strategies and talent acquisition
- Culture, Leadership, and DEI
- Learning, including advising on learning strategy and functions
