About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Culinary Director to join our team at Evolve Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and service of large-scale food production for premium football stadium events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff in the preparation and service of food for live events
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and implement menus and culinary strategies
  • Ensure high-quality food production and presentation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Contribute to the development of culinary concepts and menus for future events
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role
  • 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment, preferably at a high-end restaurant or catering company
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Food Hygiene and Allergen training up to date with the FSA current guidelines
  • Preferred: Experience working in a Michelin-starred or Rosette-awarded kitchen, NVQ level 2 Diploma in culinary arts or higher
