Are you a graduate looking to start your career in quantity surveying? Galliford Try Group is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Graduate Building Surveyor. In this role, you will work closely with your line manager to assist in the commercial administration, reporting, and performance on a single large project or several smaller schemes.

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills, grow your network, and gain professional qualifications. You will work with some of the best people in the industry in a full-time role, as you start an exciting and rewarding career where you will be enabled to add value to society.

The role involves assisting in the production and issue of commercial notices, managing change in accordance with the form of contract, and providing information to the Commercial team to assist in the production of monthly payment applications to the Client.

As part of the graduate programme, you will be expected to work in and around your preferred location from those advertised, with a high likelihood of travelling to other projects and locations around the UK in the future.

The company offers a range of benefits, including a company car or car benefit scheme, 28 days holiday excluding bank holidays, increasing with years of service, private medical insurance, and an agile working programme.

We invite applications from graduates who are passionate about the industry and have achieved, or are on track to achieve a Bachelors or Masters degree in Quantity Surveying (or similar) prior to September 2025.

A full UK driving license (or currently learning) and the eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction is essential for this role.
