About the Role

We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Regional Building Team in Stockton on Tees. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll assist with the smooth running of various projects, working closely with our multi-functional team to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the analysis, preparation, and management of all costs, from initial assessments to project completion.
  • Select and manage suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Become an expert in contracts, financial management, and contract law.
  • Compile data to monitor project performance.
  • Meet with professionals, clients, and customers to obtain and provide information.
  • Undertake costings, measurements, and valuations using research data.
  • Monitor and manage smaller companies to ensure timely delivery and payment.

Requirements
  • Currently studying towards a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings with training.
  • Full UK driving licence or will hold one by August 2025.
