About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated CAD Technician to join our dynamic Drawing Office team. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical drawings and documents using 2D and 3D CAD software.
Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings and documentation according to project specifications.
- Update existing drawings and models as required, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify design requirements.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient digital file system for all drawing assets.
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge of industry-standard CAD software and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Grade 4 GCSE in English and Mathematics.
- Proven experience with CAD software (specific software proficiency will be an advantage).
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
