Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Multidisciplinary Technician to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for creating electrical and mechanical components and assemblies from prints, as well as developing assemblies from scratch for low-tech installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture and assemble electrical and mechanical components and assemblies from prints
  • Design and build assemblies from scratch for low-tech installations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement lean practices and eliminate waste
  • Ensure compliance and maintain facilities across 3 sites
  • Assist with R&D testing both on-site and at customer locations

Requirements

  • Apprentice trained / HND / NVQ level 3-4 in mechanical/electrical principles
  • NEBOSH General Certificate, 18th Edition, Lean Manufacturing training, Welding Fabrication, CAD, Machine tool Experience
  • Experience in FMCG or heavy industry
