As a highly skilled ASC Teaching Assistant, you will be working with students in a specialist school near Lancaster. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a similar role. You will be responsible for providing support to students in small groups or on a 1-2-1 basis, helping them reach their full potential.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £100 per hour, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to gain experience in a primary school setting. As a member of our team, you will also receive free, accredited continued professional development courses, including safeguarding and behaviour management.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a DBS (clean and relevant) certificate, as well as a Safeguarding Certificate and Prevent Awareness Certificate. Excellent communication skills are essential for building rapport with the children and acting as a mentor.
