Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to support students with complex needs in our Multidisciplinary Therapy Team in Kingston-upon-Thames. As a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality therapy services. **Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with complex needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive support for students.
• Provide training and education to staff on speech and language development and disorders.
• Work with the Multidisciplinary Therapy Team to plan and deliver therapy sessions. **Requirements:**
• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with a passion for supporting students with complex needs.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other therapists.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **What We Offer:**
• Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000.
• 1 day of remote work per week.
