Job Title: Residential Children's Registered Manager

Leader Recruitment Group is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our children's residential service in East London.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to fill the role of Residential Children's Registered Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing excellence in care, ensuring continuous compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and upholding safeguarding and child protection practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion high-quality care and outstanding outcomes for young people.
  • Successfully register with Ofsted and maintain continuous compliance.
  • Uphold and advance safeguarding and child protection practices.
  • Provide strong leadership and foster a culture of engagement and continuous development among staff.
  • Efficiently manage resources to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage financial performance to meet and exceed targets.
  • Lead a culture focused on continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Proactively seek and implement innovative solutions to maintain a resilient and sustainable service.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of relevant legislation and Ofsted regulations.
  • At least 2 years of experience working within Children's Homes in the last 5 years, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Current or previous registration with Ofsted as a Registered Manager (preferred).
  • Exceptional leadership and management abilities.
  • Level 5 Qualification in Health and Social Care or Leadership and Management (preferred).
