Office Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the senior team, including managing their time and appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls and new inquiries, and maintain the CRM software.
  • Assist with staff hour management and work closely with the H&S Consultant to keep records up to date.
  • Support the administration of new staff, including company vehicle use when required.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of ISO registration records and perform general administration duties.
Requirements:
  • Extensive administration and office support experience.
  • Highly organized and efficient with a full UK driving license.
  • Previous experience using a CRM and strong IT literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
