About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at With Intelligence. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and priorities
  • Design and deliver learning programs that cater to different learning styles and regions
  • Develop and maintain a suite of essential management training programs
  • Act as a subject matter expert in learning and development practices
  • Work closely with People & Culture Partners to understand L&D needs and priorities
  • Benchmark current skills requirements and identify areas for improvement
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to create comprehensive training agendas and materials
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager with a commercial lens on impact and ROI
  • Comprehensive knowledge of L&D processes and practices, training facilitation, and program design
  • Experience working with Learner Management Systems (LMS) to design and build training content and curricula
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain complex topics in easy-to-understand formats
  • Pragmatic and delivery-focused with excellent IT skills
