Job Overview


Card Factory is seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to support the Store Manager in driving commercial growth and developing a team culture that prioritizes customer experience and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve store goals, including sales targets and customer service metrics.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, helping them to reach their full potential and achieve career goals.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication.
