Service Manager/Service Controller

ZuCar Cork, a part of Ireland's leading automotive retailer, the Joe Duffy Group, is seeking a talented and experienced Motor Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor/Workshop Controller to lead an established and high-performing Service Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive service volumes and profit objectives through motivating and developing the service team to be fully competent in their job roles.
  • Manage all Service processes to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain standards of performance of the service team through effective coaching and performance management.
  • Recruit and select service team members in line with organisational and manufacturer requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service standards and adherence to brand service requirements and customer satisfaction indicators within the Group.
  • Maximise commercial opportunities through developing and implementing campaigns within specific market sectors.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer needs and competitor activity in the market, ensuring service marketing campaigns are relevant and targeted.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Workshop Controller or Senior Service Advisor role.
  • Individual with experience in Motor Service looking for the next step in their career.
  • Process driven individual.
  • Experience with Kerridge/CDK/Keyloop an advantage.
  • Sound business acumen, and the capability to control costs and increase profits.
  • Proven people management skills and leadership ability.
  • A full and valid Irish or EU driving licence.
