This full-time and permanent position offers a challenging role with opportunities for career progression and flexibility for some remote work with occasional travel required for internal meetings.

The successful candidate will support the organization's operations to win and retain existing local authority and CCG/ICB health and social care contracts, including inpatient and rehabilitation services, care homes, supported living, day services, and other areas of the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of national and local authority strategy and market position to inform growth strategy.
  • Represent the organization through written content that showcases its identity and local community.
  • Manage end-to-end tender processes to deliver high-quality bid and tender submissions.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy for Business Development.
  • Establish and maintain professional networks within the sector to enhance innovation across the group.
  • Own and be accountable for the smooth management of the entire end-to-end tender process.
Requirements:
  • Excellent time management and efficiency skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
  • A strategic thinker with attention to detail, creativity, and forward thinking.
  • Proven track record of successful tender/bid writing and end-to-end responsibility for tender process management.
  • Ability to deal with complex business relationships and manage multiple resources.
  • Strong data analysis skills to evaluate identified opportunities and provide concise summary reports.
  • Methodical approach with strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, mail merge, and databases.
Estimated Salary Range:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
