Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Customer Care Advisor to join our team on weekends. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales. If you're passionate about beauty, customer service, and making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand our products, including their natural ingredients and Community Trade programmes.
  • Recommend products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Support the store management team in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with Keyholding duties when needed.
  • Be available for weekends, weekdays, and holiday shifts.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as needed.
  • Enjoy a 50% discount on regular products and 30% on gifts.
  • Have opportunities to grow within the brand and make connections with Community Partners.
