In this role, you will lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects in Central London. As a Strategic Highway Project Leader at RGB London, your primary focus will be on overseeing the development and implementation of tailored solutions for clients. Your technical expertise in highways and infrastructure projects will be invaluable in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise: Provide civil engineering leadership and technical expertise in highways and infrastructure projects.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery of business solutions and process improvements.
  • Solution Development: Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Business Development: Drive business development and work-winning activities for infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years' experience as a chartered civil engineer with expertise in highways geometric design, infrastructure and public realm, drainage and SUDs, earthworks, utilities - spatial planning, and utilities diversions. The successful applicant will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
