Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Engineering Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers in the UK & Ireland, focusing on Downgauging and European Standardization initiatives.
Key Duties- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues related to their complaints and concerns.
- Collaborate with manufacturing sites to identify and eliminate root causes of customer complaints.
- Work with customers to implement European standardization and downgauging programs, leveraging your product and process expertise.
- Develop and execute plans to launch new products, ensuring alignment with company and customer requirements.
- Coordinate trials of new products, gathering and analyzing data to inform decision-making.
- Support customer-driven projects, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Ensure consistent quality and performance of products through regular monitoring and evaluation.
- Provide expert guidance and training to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
