Field Based Engineering Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Based Engineering Support specialist to join our team at Eviosys. This role offers a salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will provide engineering support to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with manufacturing sites to eliminate causes of customer complaints.
- Support the implementation of European standardization and downgauging programs at customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Full clean UK driving license.
- Previous experience working in a food manufacturing facility is an advantage.
