Financial Services Administration Role

Nexus Financial Consulting is seeking a skilled financial services administration professional to expand their team. As a leading financial planning company affiliated with Quilter Financial Planning, the firm offers comprehensive financial planning services to a diverse clientele, including business owners and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process mortgage, insurance, and wealth management applications with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist in meeting preparations by sending confirmations with initial compliance documents, creating illustrations, and agendas.
  • Manage life insurance applications and monitor them until the policy is activated.
  • Handle sales processes on the bespoke X-plan back-office compliance system, for which training will be provided.
  • Complete file closures by updating address changes, scheduling mortgage rate reviews on the Outlook calendar, and disposing of paperwork securely.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of complex information and ability to analyze data.
  • Excellent team building and communication skills.
  • Consistency and professionalism in all aspects of work.
  • Research and analysis skills to support financial planning services.
  • Client confidentiality and discretion.

The role will involve working 5 full working days, with at least 2 days in the office, although flexibility is open to discussion.
