Job Description

We are currently seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to work in our team based in Aylesbury. This role will involve providing administrative support in the Regional Rehabilitation Unit in RAF Halton.

Responsibilities
  1. Sort and distribute mail efficiently
  2. Manage photocopying, filing, posting and proof-reading tasks
  3. Respond to telephone calls and relay messages effectively
  4. Analyse complex data and submit written reports
  5. Oversee administrative procedures and ensure smooth operation
  6. Contribute to budget preparation and control, if necessary
  7. Establish effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  8. Prepare routine correspondence
Skills and Qualifications
  1. Hold two GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent qualifications
  2. Possess NVQ Business Administration level 1, or relevant administrative experience
  3. Demonstrate basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  4. Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.99, reflecting their skills and experience.
