We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in Year 4. As a One-One Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide high-quality support and plan, deliver, and monitor work to meet the needs of the children.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with children and staff. You will be part of a supportive and close-knit team, committed to providing a creative curriculum and extra-curricular activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons
  • Provide one-to-one support to children, adapting to their individual needs
  • Monitor and record children's progress, reporting to the class teacher
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
