About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Finance Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing budgets, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. * Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and cash flow management* Prepare budgets and forecasts to support business growth* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records* Provide administrative support to the finance team* Develop and maintain financial reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in finance or accounting* At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and finance administration* Excellent organizational and time management skills* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Proficiency in financial software and systems
