Bookkeeping and Administrative Assistant

About the Role: The successful candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and finance administration, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing budgets, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- * Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and cash flow management* Prepare budgets and forecasts to support business growth* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records* Provide administrative support to the finance team* Develop and maintain financial reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in finance or accounting* At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and finance administration* Excellent organizational and time management skills* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Proficiency in financial software and systems
