ROLE OVERVIEW
Genting Casinos is seeking a highly skilled Slots Host to join our team. As a key member of our gaming floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have a great experience on our slot machines and electronic gaming areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Oversee the slots and electronic gaming (ETG) areas, offering assistance and support to customers as needed.
- Identify and address customer needs, using a proactive approach to ensure a positive gaming experience.
- Communicate key information to customers, including promotional activity and events.
- Share customer feedback with the general manager, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
- Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers and the business.
