Make a Difference as a SEMH Teaching Assistant
We are excited to offer a challenging yet rewarding SEMH Teaching Assistant role at Academics Ltd in Wantage. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs, promoting their physical and emotional development, and working closely with teaching staff to ensure excellent education outcomes.
This position requires a strong focus on de-escalation techniques, effective communication, and individualized support to meet children's unique needs. If you have a passion for childcare, a Level 2 or 3 qualification, and an Enhanced DBS, we encourage you to apply.
The estimated salary for this role is £43,000 - £61,500 per year, dependent on experience.
