Senior In Vivo Pharmacology Research Scientist

Bicycle Therapeutics is seeking a highly skilled scientist with expertise in in vivo radiopharmaceutical evaluation to support preclinical research and discovery efforts for our expanding portfolio of therapeutics.
You will have a passion for developing innovative treatment paradigms for cancer patients and will enjoy working collaboratively across programs.
This position will report to the Associate Director of In vivo Pharmacology.
Key Responsibilities- Design, execute, and interpret results from in vivo pharmacology studies to evaluate the activities of Bicycle Radio Conjugates (BRCTM)
- Manage in vivo pharmacology research through a network of CROs and academic collaborations
- Collaborate with cross-functional disciplines (biology, DMPK, translational sciences, toxicology) and engage internal stakeholders to drive decisions
- Document and communicate results company-wide in diverse settings
- Lead in vivo pharmacology sample management
- Author publications in peer-reviewed journals and represent Bicycle at conferences
- Educated in biological sciences field with extensive industrial experience
- Hands-on experience using multiple types of in vivo oncology models
- Experience in the evaluation and development of radiopharmaceuticals
- Experience in radiochemistry and radiolabeling of compounds
- Experience in pre-clinical biodistribution and efficacy assessment of radiopharmaceuticals
- A working knowledge of dosimetry
- Experience in managing external work/collaborations
- A strong background in cancer biology
- Capability of working independently and as part of multiple collaborative teams
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
