We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Operations and Strategy to join Bain and Gray in Mayfair, London. This role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 + excellent benefits and bonus.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving internal operations, facilitating strategic initiatives, streamlining workflows, enabling the team to perform at their best, and building the company's internal capabilities. They will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the team has the tools, processes, and support needed to work effectively.

  • Implement and maintain systems to optimise recruitment processes, data management, and workflow efficiency.
Hiring and Talent Acquisition
  • Lead the recruitment process for internal hires, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, working with recruiters, and coordinating interviews.
  • Collaborate with the Partners to define the hiring strategy, identify talent gaps, and provide actionable solutions.
  • Develop and implement performance review processes.
Monitoring and Reporting
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics.
  • Create regular performance reports for the Partners.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in operations, strategy, or team management.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technology (CRMs, LinkedIn Recruiter, analytics tools).
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
