About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Travel Money Advisor to join our team at Travelex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice on our travel money products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on our travel money products and services.
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused.
  • Utilise your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
Requirements
  • Numerically proficient, with a strong understanding of numbers and currency conversion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and provide exceptional customer service.
