**Role Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Income Management Specialist to join our team at Stonewater Careers. As an Income Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers across all tenures to manage their rent and service charge payments.

In this position, you will review both rent and service charge accounts, contacting customers via telephone or digital platforms to identify the root causes of non-payment. You will then offer tailored support and advice to enable customers to make timely payments. Your primary goal is to ensure that customers have a clear understanding of their financial obligations and develop sustainable repayment plans.

This is a home-based role, and you will not be required to visit customers in their homes. However, you may need to attend meetings at a central location a few times a year.

The working hours for this role are 08:00-20:00, Monday to Friday, and 09:00-13:00 on Saturdays. You will work on a rota basis with agreed shifts, including 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00, or 10:00-18:00, up to a maximum of 37.5 hours per week.

**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
