Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Kenton Black Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, including weekly/monthly payrolls via BRIGHTPAY, setting up new client payrolls, and submitting RTI returns.

The ideal candidate will have full experience in payroll processing, strong client liaison skills, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will also have awareness of CIS/FPS/EPS, P45s/P46s/P60s, SMP/SSP, and HMRC queries.

The salary for this position is approximately £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, with benefits including hybrid working options, CIPP training, a 5% pension scheme, 5 weeks' annual leave, and parking.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing duties, including weekly/monthly payrolls via BRIGHTPAY
  • Set up new client payrolls, including PAYE
  • Submit RTI returns
  • Assist with BACS transmissions
  • Maintain awareness of CIS/FPS/EPS, P45s/P46s/P60s, SMP/SSP, and HMRC queries
