Key Responsibilities:
  • Statutory Administration:
    • Manage electronic records through Diligent Entities/Boards
    • Generate timely reports
    • Log conflicts
    • Filing documents with Companies House
    • Ensure timely corporate reporting
    • Respond to 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) requests
    • Update the governance tracker with emerging risks
    • Support annual insurance renewal
    • Conduct an annual review of information held by third-party providers
    • Address queries related to company secretariat issues from group entities
  • Board and Committee Support:
    • Support Committees and company entities
    • Attend Investment Committee meetings
    • Manage tasks like agenda setting and minuting
    • Collaborate with deal teams on internal implications of decisions
  • Advisory Support:
    • Provide advisory support to the business by offering practical guidance on the proper application of corporate law and statutory filings
    • Monitor legislative changes, and develop/maintain key constitutional documents
    • Support team members during peak workloads, assist in embedding governance frameworks, and handle ad-hoc projects and general administration

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time role, with 3 days per week working from home and 2 days in the office.

Key Skills:

We are looking for a qualified company secretary with experience in the financial services sector.
