Area Sales Team Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and autonomous individual to drive new and existing business within the branches and private dealers across the North.
This role will suit someone who is an ambassador for the business and a mentor to two Parts Sales Executives, who will report directly into this position.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Support dealers in developing, managing and delivering their parts sales strategies.
- Provide training and personal development support to dealer network.
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of retail parts business and pricing strategies, experience of managing a dealer network ideally gained within the parts industry, and knowledge of the Commercial Vehicle aftermarket and suppliers.
An innovator and creative thinker, capable of working with multiple stakeholders, is essential for this role.
