About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at our Fitness and Wellbeing Club.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the safety and well-being of our members while using our swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room facilities.
  2. Create a welcoming atmosphere within the club, fostering a sense of community among our members.
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service, providing a prompt and efficient response to member queries and needs.
  4. Act as a key ambassador for our brand, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  5. Maintain accurate records of training and incident reports, contributing to our commitment to excellence in aquatic care.
