About the Job:

We are looking for experienced and caring professionals to join our team as Care Professionals. As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in care and support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum.
