Job Summary:
Mitchell Maguire is seeking a highly skilled Specification Sales Manager – Concrete & Landscape Products to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating specifications for our high-end quality manufactured range of precast concrete and landscaping products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field sales position selling a range of precast concrete and landscaping products to architects, landscape architects, quantity surveyors, civil engineers, and key specifiers.
- Dealing with order values ranging from £60k to £500k per project.
- Utilizing the internal support network, including design teams, estimating, and internal sales.
- Conducting circa 10 CPD presentations per quarter.
Requirements:
- Must have sold building products.
- Open to selling a range of building products and materials.
- Ideal experience in heavyside sales, but not essential.
- Ideal experience generating specifications via architects, landscape architects, civil engineers, quantity surveyors, and key specifiers.
- Would consider a merchants sales rep.
