Job Title: Field Sales Engineer
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at SalesNet. As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling capital equipment and consumable products into the engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting existing and new customers throughout Northern Ireland to maintain relationships and establish new ones.
- Generating sales leads and issuing quotations, follow-up, negotiating, and closing sales with support from the General Manager and internal team.
- Updating customer information and sales leads in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Meeting regular sales targets within specified product ranges.
- Attending weekly meetings and reporting sales activity.
- Supporting marketing efforts through email, print, and other digital means.
- Participating in overseas trade shows, factory tours, and events as customer liaison or for training and professional development.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of technical sales experience.
- Proven track record of winning new business.
- Knowledge of engineering processes.
- Motivated self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Full clean driving license.
