About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Operational Change Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of business change initiatives. This role involves monitoring and evaluating progress, providing feedback to stakeholders, and developing management plans to ensure effective change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement management plans to drive business change initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business change requirements and develop solutions.
- Provide guidance to project teams on change management plans and communications.
- Develop and implement effective training and development programs to support business change initiatives.
- Monitor and manage risks associated with change initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business change management.
About You
- Strong understanding of business change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
