Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement management plans to ensure the successful delivery of business change initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to project teams in the development of change management plans and communications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify business change requirements and develop and implement solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective training and development programs to support the adoption of business change initiatives.
  • Support the business/end users in identifying and qualifying the business readiness criteria before managing them in readiness for implementation.
  • Identify stakeholders, ensuring their inclusion in stakeholder engagement plans. Provide regular updates on the progress of business change initiatives to key stakeholders and ensure appropriate reporting mechanisms are in place.
  • Monitor and manage the risks associated with change initiatives, and ensure appropriate measures are in place to mitigate those risks.

About You

  • Strong understanding of business change management methodologies, tools and techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, to deliver business change initiatives to the required quality standards.
  • Proactive, results-driven and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
