About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operational Change Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of business change initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the progress of the change, and providing feedback to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement management plans to ensure the successful delivery of business change initiatives.
- Provide guidance to project teams in the development of change management plans and communications.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify business change requirements and develop and implement solutions to meet those requirements.
- Develop and implement effective training and development programs to support the adoption of business change initiatives.
- Support the business/end users in identifying and qualifying the business readiness criteria before managing them in readiness for implementation.
- Identify stakeholders, ensuring their inclusion in stakeholder engagement plans. Provide regular updates on the progress of business change initiatives to key stakeholders and ensure appropriate reporting mechanisms are in place.
- Monitor and manage the risks associated with change initiatives, and ensure appropriate measures are in place to mitigate those risks.
About You
- Strong understanding of business change management methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, to deliver business change initiatives to the required quality standards.
- Proactive, results-driven and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
