Job Description: As a Part Time Youth Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD, attachment disorders, ODD, PMLD, SPLD, and other special educational needs. Working in mainstream, SEND schools, alternative provisions, and PRUs, you will contribute to creating a positive learning environment that fosters growth and development. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to establish strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

To excel in this role, you will need a relevant qualification, such as a TA or childcare certification, or training in Team Teach or MAPA. You must be adaptable, flexible, and able to navigate changing circumstances with ease. In return for your dedication, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of £12.80 PAYE and ongoing training and development opportunities.
