About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Community Manager to join our team at Austen Lodge, a stunning new development of 56 retirement apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
  • Administer the maintenance of the property, including managing contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with residents, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to resolve issues and provide a first-class service.
  • Report to the Area Manager, providing regular updates and insights into lodge operations.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a passion for excellent customer service, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a love of working with people. You will have experience in a similar background, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or uniformed services. You will be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
