Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions.
  • Deal with sales, purchase, re-mortgages, and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies to expand our residential conveyancing services and attract new clients.
  • Build strong relationships with referrers in the local area, promoting our services and generating new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of PQE in residential conveyancing, with a strong technical ability and knowledge of conveyancing procedures.
  • Experience in supervision and mentoring junior team members, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, referrers, and colleagues.
  • Strong business development and marketing skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
