Job Opportunity for a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/CILEX

G2 Legal Limited, a reputable law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Residential Conveyancing, with a minimum of 3 years of PQE experience. They will be responsible for managing their own caseload of files, from initial instruction to post-completion, dealing with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.

The successful candidate will also have supervision experience and be active in marketing and business development to expand this area of work and gain new clients. They will build strong relationships with referrers in the local area and contribute to the firm's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing files
  • Deal with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties
  • Supervise junior team members and provide guidance and support
  • Active in marketing and business development to expand the Residential Conveyancing department
  • Build strong relationships with referrers and clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of PQE experience in Residential Conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge of Residential Conveyancing
  • Supervision experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
