We are looking for a highly motivated Home Improvement Ambassador to represent our First Home Improvement Careers brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our services and extras to homeowners, helping them update their properties.

In this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a passion for home improvement. If you have experience in sales or customer service, that's a definite plus

Average salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.

About the Role:

  • Promote our company's services and extras to homeowners.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Work closely with our sales team to meet targets and increase sales.
  • Develop relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
